Shipping Policy
At Artspree, we offer shipping across India & Some other parts of the world for all our products. since most of our creations are hand-crafted & made to order, each piece is thoughtfully designed and carefully prepared before dispatch. Production timelines may vary depending on the type of product and the level of customization involved. estimated timelines will be communicated to you during the ordering process.
shipping charges are calculated based on the order size, weight & delivery location and will be shared with you before the dispatch of your order.
once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via whatsApp so you can easily follow your shipment.
while we work with trusted and reliable courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather conditions, public holidays, transportation disruptions, or other events beyond our control. in such cases, we appreciate your patience & will keep you informed of any updates.

Return & Refund Policy
At Artspree, Every product is thoughtfully handcrafted and in most cases, personalized specifically for you. As a result, customized and made-to-order products are not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds unless they arrive damaged or an error has occurred on our end.
In case of an incorrect order
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at artspreeeee@gmail.com . Kindly include your name, order details, contact details & clear photographs of the product and its packaging.
once the issue has been reviewed and verified, we will either replace the product or process a partial or a full refund, depending on the circumstances. Approved refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days.
Order cancellation by Artspree
In the rare event that we are unable to fulfill your order and it is cancelled from our end, you will receive a full refund. The refunded amount will be processed to your original payment method and is usually reflected within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

We also love showcasing our work on Instagram to inspire future couples. However, your privacy and comfort always comes first. we will only share photographs and videos of your wedding stationer and invitations after obtaining your permission.
If you prefer that certain personal information - such as names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, venue details or any other sensitive information - not be visible, we will carefully blur or conceal those details before publishing the images on our website or social media platforms if you choose not to have your order featured at all, we will fully respect your decision.
